Detergent or fabric softener? Look at the pack size too.
Two detergent bottles can be almost the same size and still last a different number of washes. Manufacturers do not always state pack sizes the same way: some show litres or millilitres, others the number of washes.
What do 32 or 52 washes mean?
The number of washes is based on the manufacturer’s dosage calculation. It may not last exactly as many washes for you – load size, water and the recommended dose all play a part.
Fabric softener is a different product
Fabric softener does not replace detergent. Check separately how much of each the manufacturer recommends for a given wash programme.
Check the scent and variant
Arkadi detergents include, for example, Classic and Spring Freshness; Aromatics fabric softeners include Love and Musk. The name helps you find your way, but always read the product directions.
